Corinne of Corinne’s Creative Kitchen is well known to many of us. Offering authentic Asian food Corinne runs a Curry Club and cookery classes and offers outside catering.
“Want to know how to handle chillies, chop onions without tears and find out about spices? This is where Corinne shares here extensive knowledge of Asian cuisine with you.”
Corinne is offering a light meal, with vegetable samosa and a pattie (possibly beef) as starters, followed by a chicken dish (Madras Chicken or Tikka), Prawn or Fish Korma style dish, a vegetarian dish - Paneer with Spinach and rice. Bread to accompany.
